Welcome to Alameda Landing, a new waterfront, mixed-use community on the Island of Alameda in California. Located on the estuary across from Jack London Square, Alameda Landing is one of several proposed revitalization projects set to reclaim former Navy land. With guidance from the city of Alameda and the local community, Catellus is developing Alameda Landing's 97 acres into a sustainable community that will honor the city's maritime heritage, connect people through a comprehensive open space network, create new homes, provide new and better shopping opportunities and transform the area into an anchor for major San Francisco Bay Area-based companies.
